The Northeast Missouri Area Agency on Aging provides information and assistance services to ensure that all elderly persons within the planning and service area have reasonably convenient access to information about the services available within their geographic region. The agency provides a prompt, accurate, and pertinent response to an inquiry, which may include directing the person to the appropriate resources.
